Sugar Snap Events and Adventures Terms and Conditions

By booking a Sugar Snap Event or Adventure you are registering your acceptance of the Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement to abide by all of the terms and conditions.

Sugar Snap reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event at any time. You may chose to be transferred to the next event of its kind or claim a full refund.

Should you require a refund please request it in writing to carla@sugarsnap.co.za. info@sugarsnap.co.za. Or P.O. Box 5002, Waterfront, 8002.and your refund will be paid in full within five working days of receipt.

When booking an event, please supply your cell phone number. Should we be forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will NOT take responsibility for anyone arriving at the event if they have not supplied cell phone contact details.

Refund Policy

No refunds or changes to an alternative event of the same nature will be considered unless we have been notified in writing a minimum of two working days before your event. Events that include meals will need to be cancelled four working days prior.

For any over night adventures organized outside of Cape Town a 50% forfeit will be charged 90 – 30 day prior to departure. 100% forfeiture will be charge 30 days or less prior to departure.

Should you cancel your event you will be charged 25% of the event cost for administration fees.

If you need to move to an alternative event or send someone in your place, call us during office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday) on 079 4973 765. All requests for changes must be in writing and sent to carla@sugarsnap.co.za. info@sugarsnap.co.za. Or P.O. Box 5002, Waterfront, 8002.

Sugar Snap Events and Adventures reserves the right to take pictures for the website and to invite media to attend events.

As a registered participant of a Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC event, you understand that Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC offers an opportunity for meeting new people and is NOT a dating service.

Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC events are held at venues over which Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you suffer damages of any kind at a Sugar Snap Events and Adventures event, you agree to release Sugar Snap Events and Adventures and its associates from any liability with respect thereof. Sugar Snap Events and Adventures reserves the right to change venue and timings of events.

Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC aims to give single people a chance to meet people in a safe and relaxed environment. However, we do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.

Sugar Snap has a very strict privacy policy. We will not and do not give out any one’s details for any reason what so ever.

By registering with Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC you agree that neither Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Sugar Snap Events and Adventures CC. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
